A Manhattan eatery is shining a spotlight on vegetarian dishes.
ABCV, located in the Flatiron district, has become a vegetarian haven backed by renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and recently secured a spot on The New York Times’ list of best restaurants in the city.
The restaurant's plant-based offerings are curated by Neal Harden, the executive chef and driving force behind its dishes.
Harden joined “Mornings On 1” Friday to discuss the restaurant.
