With the many entertainment choices New York City has to offer, it can be difficult to make a choice. Look no further. "On Stage" host Frank DiLella has curated a list of “must-see” shows this week, directing you to the best of Broadway, off-Broadway and beyond.
“& Juliet”
Looking to take your sweetheart on a date this Valentine’s Day weekend? Look no further than “& Juliet.” The pop music spectacular is bursting with love and features chart-topping tunes by Max Martin, the songwriter behind hits for Britney Spears, Ariana Grande, Pink, The Backstreet Boys and NSYNC. And speaking of NSYNC — NSYNC’s Joey Fatone recently returned to the main stem in the musical.
“Curse of the Starving Class”
On the off-Broadway front, Sam Shepard’s “Curse of the Starving Class” returns to the stage courtesy of The New Group. The show – which centers around a family trying to survive – features an all-star ensemble including Calista Flockhart and Christian Slater.
