A wake was held Saturday for one of the victims killed in Tuesday's terrorist attack in Lower Manhattan.

Mourners gathered Saturday afternoon in New Jersey to remember Darren Drake.

The 32-year-old was riding his bike on the Hudson River Park path when he and seven others were fatally struck by a Home Depot pickup truck that later crashed into a school bus. At least a dozen people were also injured in the rampage.

Drake worked at Moody's and graduated from Rutgers University in 2007 with a degree in political science.

His funeral is scheduled for Monday.

The suspected killer, Sayfullo Saipov, faces two federal terrorism charges that could result in the death penalty if he is convicted.

The 29-year-old immigrated legally from Uzbekistan and most recently lived in Paterson, New Jersey with his wife and three children.

Prosecutors said he was inspired by Islamic State propaganda.

Saipov appeared in court on Wednesday and did not enter a plea or seek bail.

He is due back in court Nov. 15.
