State Sen. Kevin Parker has been accused of raping a woman almost 20 years ago, according to a new lawsuit.

The suit was filed as part of the Adult Survivors Act, which was signed into law by Gov. Kathy Hochul last year.

It extends the statute of limitations for sex crimes — allowing victims to sue their alleged abusers in court regardless of when the crime occurred.

But the one-year look back window is set to expire this week. So far, almost 2,600 lawsuits have been filed. More than half of them are regarding sexual assaults experienced while in prison.

Other notable filings include E. Jean Carroll’s accusation against former President Donald Trump, and singer Cassie’s lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Assemblywoman Grace Lee joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Monday to discuss more.

Lee represents neighborhoods in lower Manhattan, including Chinatown, the Lower East Side and parts of the Financial District.
