Some of the mayoral candidates attended a forum in Upper Manhattan Sunday.
This is the first forum former Gov. Andrew Cuomo has attended since announcing his candidacy.
It comes after a group of politicians from southeast Queens announced their endorsement of the former governor on Saturday.
But there was some confusion because three of the politicians whose names were on a press release were actually not backing Cuomo for mayor.
State Assemblyman Khaleel Anderson, who was one of the politicians, joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Monday to discuss more.
He represents the neighborhoods of South Ozone Park and Arverne in southeast Queens.
