NEW YORK - It's been four years since a deadly gas explosion in the East Village.
A ceremony is being held Tuesday to remember the victims.

Two men were killed and nearly two dozen others were hurt in the blast, which also leveled three buildings.
Prosecutors say the owners of 121 Second Avenue tampered with gas lines in a scheme to cut corners.
Five people were charged in connection with the explosion.
