Runners are taking to Prospect Park today for the Brooklyn Marathon and Half Marathon today.

The race steps off at the Brooklyn Museum on Eastern Parkway, with runners looping around the park and down Ocean Parkway.

The Prospect Park Track Club will provide pace teams for both the half and full marathon.

Today's event is organized by NYC Runs, and the marathon can be used to qualify for the Boston Marathon in April.
