The Hawaii Department of Transportation said Monday around 10 a.m. that a collision involving a motorcycle blocked both lanes on the Pali Highway after the tunnels in the Kailua-bound direction. Traffic was turned around at the tunnels.

By 11:55 a.m., the HDOT said both lanes of Pali Highway Kailua-bound had been reopened.
