The chef of a popular Manhattan restaurant who was reported missing this week has been found dead in Queens.

Police say the body of Andrea Zamperoni was found inside a motel on 77th Street near Broadway in Elmhurst Thursday.

The medical examiner is now working to determine the exact cause of death.

Zamperoni was the head chef at Cipriani Dolci restaurant in Grand Central Terminal.

A co-worker reported him missing after he failed to answer his door and didn't show up for work for several days.
