NEW YORK - Thousands of people on Monday marched through the streets of East Harlem for Three Kings Day.
The 43rd annual parade, featured colorful floats, music, and live camels.
Three Kings Day is rooted in the Latin community and marks the end of the Christmas season.
It commemorates the moment the three kings found baby Jesus and presented him with gifts.
"I love the floats, and I love when the animals come by. The floats are great. Yes, I love dancing. They're playing my music. This is something that we celebrate as a community, ya know, so that's why. East Harlem is the best," said one parade goer.
El Museo del Barrio holds the Three Kings Day Parade each year to celebrate the city's immigrant and migrant communities.
