The NYPD says the teen pushed a police official, was taken into custody and given a summons for disorderly conduct.
Meanwhile, police issued 11 summonses Thursday at two Williamsburg synagogues, three in response to social distancing violations.
The incidents come two days after police had to break up a large crowd assembled for an Orthodox funeral in Williamsburg.
No arrests were made made at that scene.
Tuesday's incident drew harsh words from Mayor Bill de Blasio who said the time for warnings has passed.
The mayor instructed police to begin issuing summonses or arrest anyone who gathers in a large group.
