BRONX, N.Y. - Police are investigating after an MTA employee was assaulted on board a bus in the Bronx last month.
Police say the man got into an argument with an employee on a Bx6 bus on East 161st Street in the Concourse section on July 30.
The fight escalated and police say he threw a liquid in the employee's face.
The employee was taken to the hospital and treated for minor irritation to his eyes and mouth.
The suspect rode off on his bike.
