BRONX, N.Y. - Police are looking for a group of men behind a violent robbery in a Bronx apartment this past weekend.

Investigators say the robbery took place in the vicinity of 3rd Avenue and East 176th Street early Saturday morning.

Police say two of the men got inside the apartment by pushing an air conditioner through a window.

The other two entered through the front door.

That's when they allegedly took out handguns and tied up four people inside.

Police say they demanded money before ransacking the apartment.

They made off with $5,000, three cell phones and three credit cards.

Police say one of the victims, a 28-year-old man, was hit in the head with a gun and treated for minor injuries.
