As the presidential race got underway in 2016, some said that if Donald Trump won the election, they’d leave America. But how many people actually did?

Audrey Edwards kept to her word and moved across the Atlantic Ocean. She wrote about her experience in a book titled “American Runaway: Black and Free in Paris in the Trump Years.”

She joined Errol to talk about how she arrived at her decision, and how her life has changed in the last six years. They also discussed how Edwards perceives “running away” as something much  different than most people.
