Zachary Carter was corporation counsel of the city under former Mayor Bill de Blasio.

Prior to that, Carter served as United States Attorney for the Eastern District, appointed by former President Bill Clinton.  

He joined “The Rush Hour” on Monday to discuss the resignation of Lisa Zornberg amid the investigations into Mayor Eric Adams’ inner circle.
