A new cafe in Manhattan is using 100% organic ingredients, with the goal of providing both healthy and nourishing vegetarian food.

Sabrina Rudin founded the business “Spring Cafe” in Aspen, Colorado, and it has since expanded to New York City.

When she’s not opening a business or taking care of her kids, she’s on social media teaching her followers about clean eating.

Rudin joined “The Rush Hour” on Tuesday to talk about clean eating and motherhood.
