A new school is getting ready to welcome its first class of students this fall.
Emet Classical Academy will open on the Upper East Side in September and officials there have said there is more interest than they can accommodate.
The school said the "aim is to prepare students for the lives of liberty and purpose, including the ability to pursue truth, appreciate beauty, and live virtuously.”
The head of Emet Classical Academy, Dr. Abraham Unger and Natalya Murakhver, a parent whose daughter will attend the school this fall, joined “The Rush Hour” on Tuesday to discuss the opening of the new school.
