Spectrum News will host a primary debate on Wednesday, June 12, between two Democratic candidates for a seat in New York’s 16th Congressional District.

Incumbent Rep. Jamaal Bowman and Westchester County Executive George Latimer will appear in the hourlong debate, which starts at 7 p.m. on Spectrum News, hosted by political anchors Errol Louis and Susan Arbetter.

Spectrum News will open its website and app for viewers to watch the debate. For Spectrum nonsubscribers, download the Spectrum News app, available to Android and iPhone users, then tap “Live” on the menu bar at the bottom of the screen to view the debate.

New York’s 16th Congressional District includes a small swath of the northern Bronx and the southern half of Westchester County, including White Plains, Mount Vernon, Yonkers, New Rochelle and Rye.

Early voting starts Saturday, June 15, and the primary vote is on Tuesday, June 25.
