Commuters encountered a slew of delays Monday morning as mechanical issues affected multiple subway lines, according to the MTA.

Shortly before 9 a.m., L train service was halted between Bedford Avenue in Brooklyn and 14th Street-Union Square in Manhattan due to third-rail power issues in the tunnel connecting the two boroughs, the agency said.

Those power issues were resolved just before 10 a.m., but the MTA said that L trains would be running with delays in both directions.
