Police have arrested two more men in connection to vandalism in June at the Stonewall National Monument in Manhattan's West Village.
On August 28, 25-year-old Patrick Murphy, of Colorado, was arrested in connection to a June 10 incident at Stonewall, where dozens of mini Pride flags were torn down, snapped and strewn on the street outside the historic site on Christopher Street.
Police said surveillance footage of the incident, however, captured three individuals participating in the vandalism.
Charles Hyde, 26, of New York City, was arrested Tuesday in connection with the vandalism, according to police.
Authorities said Jackson Randall, 25, of Massachusetts, was taken into custody on Wednesday in connection to the destruction of the Pride flags.
All three men have been charged with criminal mischief as a hate crime.
Pride flag displays near and around Christopher Park were vandalized multiple times throughout the month of June this year.
Police say two more incidents in which Pride flags were snapped and thrown on the ground occurred on June 15 and 18. No arrests have been made in those instances. Police continue to investigate.
