A man and his two sons were injured Wednesday morning when a car jumped a curb and struck them in Crown Heights, authorities said.
Police said the incident happened just before 8 a.m.
According to police, the 48-year-old man and his sons, ages 9 and 11, were walking along Nostrand Avenue when they were struck by a car that appeared to be making a right turn from St. John’s Place onto Nostrand Avenue.
Police said the three victims all suffered minor injuries. They were taken to local hospitals.
The driver, a 45-year-old man, was arrested, according to the NYPD, and charges are pending.
