A man's body was found floating near Gapstow Bridge in Central Park Monday afternoon, police said.
The human remains were taken out of the lake around 12:30 p.m. near the park entrance at 59th Street and Central Park West, according to the FDNY.
The NYPD didn't immediately release the man's indentity or age. The cause of death has not yet been determined.
