We’re enjoying a lot of sunshine this morning and that means quickly rising temperatures. We’ll go from 40s to 60s pretty quickly. Unlike yesterday when we had no clouds, clouds will be increasing this afternoon. No rain today so no need to worry on when the best time to get outside might be.

Warm Front

A warm front moves through NYC tonight and brings with it a few showers and warmer temperatures. Even tonight our temperatures will hold in the 50s and that sets us up for maybe the warmest day of the year so far. Tomorrow our temperatures could climb into the low 80s. 

When Will in Rain?

Our best chances for rain are tonight, after midnight and through about 9am on Friday. Much of the middle part of Friday will be dry and very warm (think 70s and 80s). A cold front is expected Friday night and that could bring a round of thunderstorms between 7pm and 11pm Friday Night. Some of those storms could be strong.

The Weekend

It looks fantastic! It’ll be in the 70s and dry Saturday and then Sunday will be a tad more cloudy and cooler (60s) with a spotty shower by Sunday evening.
