NEW YORK - Mayor Bill de Blasio is heading right back to New York, but in a key battleground state he will be greeted by some bold billboards in Iowa.

The ads will be plastered throughout Des Moines and Cedar Rapids.

They read: "Hey Bill de Blasio! It's New York...Remember us...What are you doing in Iowa?"

The signs were paid for by residents living next to the proposed "Billionaires' Row" homeless shelter.

The group spent an estimated $100,000 on the billboards.

They're promising to keep them up until de Blasio agrees to meet with them.
