Anyone who wants to become a citizen of the United States has to pass a naturalization test.
The oral exam consists of up to 10 questions covering American history and civics. You need six correct answers to pass.
You might think that would be easy - and according to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services records, 97.5 percent of test-takers passed the civics test in 2010. But a 2012 study conducted at Xavier University found that one in three citizens born in the United States fail the test!
Would you be able to pass? Take our quiz with some sample questions and find out!
