Former Congressman Anthony Weiner is back in the city, moving from a federal prison to a halfway house in Brooklyn.

Weiner had been serving in a Massachusetts prison, charged in 2017 with transferring obscene material to a minor.

He was sentenced to 21 months, but is being released early for good behavior.

He is now living at the Residential Reentry Management center in Greenwood.

Weiner is now scheduled to be released on May 14th, according to the Bureau of Prisons.

The Democrat served in the House of Representatives from 1999 to 2011, representing Brooklyn's 9th district.

He also had three unsuccessful runs at city mayor.
