BRONX, N.Y. - The search is on for the attacker who slashed a man in the face at a subway station in the Bronx over the weekend.

It happened Sunday afternoon at the Parkchester "6" train stop inside Hugh Grant Circle.

Police say the victim and the attacker got into some sort of dispute before the slashing.

The 29-year-old victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to be okay.

Police say it appears the two did not know each other.
