A New York City mom and personal trainer is looking to help families make healthy choices, without breaking the bank.

Tatiana Boncompagni, who lives on the Upper East Side, founded Eat Sunny, an organic meal service delivering Mediterranean food. She started her company with a mission to support others like her, who wanted to feed their families healthy meals at a low cost.

Meal kits start at $12.99 online at eatsunny.com, and four select pre-built kits can be found in local grocery stores for the same cost.
