Tim Pearson, a senior adviser to Mayor Eric Adams, is resigning, City Hall said Monday night.

In a letter obtained by NY1, Pearson, a senior adviser for public safety and COVID recovery, said he wants to focus on “family, self care and new endeavors.”

Mayor Eric Adams' attorney asked the court to dismiss one of the counts in his five-count indictment on Monday.
