The Traffic Mobility Review Board will hold its second meeting Thursday afternoon.

The group is developing the details around congestion pricing, including how much drivers will be charged for entering Manhattan below 60th Street.

On Tuesday, more than two dozen city and state elected officials wrote a letter to the panel, calling for all taxi and for-hire vehicle drivers to be exempt from congestion pricing tolls.

The group wants riders to be responsible for a per-ride surcharge.

According to an analysis by the New York Taxi Workers Alliance, if drivers are stuck paying the fee, they could lose up to $8,000 a year in income.

Bhairavi Desai, executive director of the Taxi Workers Alliance, which represents thousands of for-hire drivers and taxi drivers in the city, joined NY1 political reporter Bobby Cuza on “Inside City Hall” Wednesday to discuss more.
