The City Council will hold special hearings on Sept. 14 to examine what went wrong in the city's preparations and response to the extreme flooding from the remnants of Hurricane Ida.
 
City Council member Justin Brannan, who represents parts of Brooklyn, including Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights, Bensonhurst, and Bath Beach, joined Errol Louis on "Inside City Hall" to discuss the hearings. Brannan, who is also the chair of the City Council's Committee on Resiliency and Waterfronts, talked about efforts to upgrade the city's infrastructure and make it more climate-resilient.
