MTA Chairman Patrick Foye has tested positive for coronavirus, the agency said Saturday.

In a statement, MTA Chief Communications Officer Abbey Collins says Foye is currently isolating at home and is "feeling good and maintaining his full schedule."

Collins says Foye was last in the office on Wednesday and was asymptomatic at the time. He worked remotely Thursday and Friday, according to Collins.

According to Collins, MTA staff have been observing recommended state Department of Health guidelines, including social distancing.

Another prominent transit official, Port Authority Executive Director Rick Cotton, tested positive for the coronavirus on March 6. Governor Andrew Cuomo said Cotton had self-resolved as of March 22.
