The Queens Night Market kicks off its 10th season next Saturday.

The market is a large, family-friendly, open air night market featuring about 100 independent vendors selling food, merchandise and art.

The festival also features cultural performances to celebrate the borough's heritage and diversity.

The market's founder, John Wang, joined "Weekends on 1" Saturday morning to discuss the upcoming season.
