A recent poll from the American Psychological Association found there are three main things that are stressing people out this year: the economy, the future of our country and the presidential election.
About 72% of people said they are worried the election results could lead to violence. More than half of adults believe the presidential election could be the end of democracy in the U.S. A third said the political climate has caused strain between themselves and their family members.
