SHREWSBURY, Mass. - The St. John's baseball team beat Malden Catholic in their home opener 15-5 on Monday, to improve to 6-0 on the season.  Andrew Schmit hit a home run, Schmit had four runs and three RBI, Conor Secrist was 3-4 with 2 RBI, Jack Forgues, had 4 RBI, and Brayden Mercier was 2-4 with an RBI, Captain Andrew Schmit is happy with the start to the season, "yeah 6-0 start, we couldn't be happier with that,"  said Schmit, "a lot of energy in the dugout, kids love being here and we're having a lot of fun now."
