STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. - Police have made an arrest in a road rage incident on Staten Island earlier this month that was caught on dashcam video.
The Staten Island Advance posted a clip of the October 11th incident.
Police tell the paper that Joshua Edwards was the driver of the car on the Staten Island Expressway.
He stops in the center lane, gets out, and confronts the driver of the tractor trailer behind him.
The driver of the car then removes a bat from his trunk and attacks the other man, who wrestles him to the ground where they start fighting.
This is all happening as traffic speeds by on either side.
After the two men were separated, the car driver walks over and starts bashing the truck with the bat.
Edwards is charged with assault, criminal mischief, and criminal weapons possession.
