Police are investigating the death of a man who was found on a metal dolly in Mariners Harbor wrapped in cloth.
Police say a detective got a tip and spotted a man pushing the dolly on Post Lane in Mariners Harbor around 7 this morning.
The suspect got away but cops say they believe they know who they're looking for.
The victim is described as a black male in his mid twenties to early thirties.
The medical examiner is working to determine how he died.
