A local nativity scene pays special tribute to the fallen firefighters of the September 11th attacks.
The Italian Cultural Foundation revealed the "Solidarity Creche" Sunday at Casa Belvedere in Grymes Hill.
The Naples Chamber of Commerce presented the gift to the FDNY after September 11, 2001.
In addition to displaying birth of Christ, the nativity tells the story of the firefighters who sacrificed their lives.
Casa Belvedere now houses the creche and shares it with the community every Christmas season.
"We are blessed here at Casa Belvedere to have this out to the public because it does tell that story, and it does keep the memory of all those brave heroes alive," said Gina Biancardi, the founder of the Italian Cultural Society.
"The special quality of this particular presepio is that the three kings do not carry traditional gifts. They ride horses and are carrying firemen's helmets," said resident Lou Barrella.
The creche is made up of 120 handmade pieces and was created using art techniques dating back to the 17th century.
