GREEN BAY, Wis. — The atmosphere in Green Bay was electric for Day 1 of the NFL Draft.
According to the NFL, the official attendance for night 1 of the draft was 205,000 people.
The Packers' first round selection of WR Matthew Golden got thunderous applause from the mostly green and gold crowd.

The Brewers also designate Vinny Capra for assignment. Monasterio played 92 games for the Brewers in 2023 and 59 last season.
The move comes one day after he allowed six runs over 3 1/3 innings of relief in a 9-1 loss to the Houston Astros.
Patrick has been in other organizations (Arizona and Oakland), but the Brewers do it differently, especially when it comes to pitching.
