UNIVERSITY PARK, Pennsylvania — Former President Donald Trump was invited by a private citizen to the upcoming Ohio State vs. Penn State football game to be a guest in their suite, Penn State confirmed.
The game is scheduled for 12 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2, at Penn State’s campus, just a few days before the election.
A Penn State spokesperson said university police and public safety—in addition to other law enforcement—have been coordinating with the United States Secret Service “on safety and security measures that are put into place around the presence of presidential candidates.”
“With that in mind, we encourage fans, anyone visiting campus, and all those attending the game to arrive early to the game or to their intended destinations,” said Wyatt DuBois, director of University Public Relations at Penn State.
