A young company called Floral Escape opened shop with its brand new pop up, Winter Escape, at the museum. The space offers 15 installations created out of over 150 thousand flowers...bringing some Instagram worthy photo ops for those who stop by. In response to the pandemic cancelling events around the city, some New Yorkers working in the floral and event industry began the company four months ago. They say they are thrilled to see people's reactions as they are able to continue sharing the craft they love.

"Their comments have been 'I've never seen anything like this. I've never seen this many flowers in my life.' And that's something that's overjoying for us. It's something that gives people an opportunity to take photos that's a little bit different than they've ever seen before," said Floral Escape co-owner Laila Ahmed.

The Winter Escape will be at the museum until January 10th.
