Some of public's favorite sci-fi concepts have been brought to life at the New York Hall of Science.

The exhibit "Science Fiction Science Future" made its debut at the museum this weekend.

10 interactive stations are on display and some are interactive.

One display explores telekinesis, allowing visitors to play a game while their brain waves are measured.

There is also the opportunity for guests to build their own robot and interact with holograms.

"We are able to mix all these cool ideas behind science fiction movies, books with our future, so talking about the technology we have today and how can improve upon it and make it better," said Shanna Ramsamooj, a New York Hall of Science employee.

The exhibit is open to the public through April 30th.
