Buffalo Common Council president Darius Pridgen is dispelling rumors that he is running for mayor.
In a Facebook post last night, he said he is not even considering running. Rather, Pridgen wants create progress and opportunity for everyone and promised more noticeable change in his district.
The mayor's seat will be up for election in 2017.
