LOS ANGELES — The beloved “Goosebumps” series has made a spine-tingling return to TV screens, sparking nostalgia for fans.
Created by R.L. Stine, the “Goosebumps” series of horror novels sold over 400 million copies and remains a cherished memory for many.
This revival brings back characters such as Slappy the ventriloquist dummy, but offers a modern, updated twist on the fan favorite.
“We checked with R.L. Stine, got his blessing,” Executive Producer Rob Letterman said. “We stayed true to the spirit of those stories and those totems. But we aged it up for a new audience and balanced the horror and comedy and all the stakes.”
New episodes of the series are available on Disney+ and Hulu.
