Pro runners Ajeé Wilson and Isaiah Harris led a virtual workout yesterday for nearly one hundred kids who are part of The Armory Track and Field Center's youth programs. The Washington Heights center is now hosting weekly workouts over Zoom with athletes like Natasha Hastings, Prescilla Frederick, Kyle Merber and more.

"We need to get the body moving. And a lot of the students live in relatively small apartments like all of us. And there's a lot you can do in a little bit of space," said Jonathan Schindel, Co-President of The Armory Foundation.

The work-outs are every Monday and Wednesday.
