NEW YORK - Legoland New York unveiled its version of the Oculus this week, naturally at the Oculus.
It took Master Builders more than 500 hours and 40,000 Lego bricks to create the model.
With the grand opening of the Legoland New York theme park and resort upstate getting closer and close, this served as a sneak peak to one of the Lego creations expected to be there. It will be in the MiniLand which will feature miniature version of iconic landmarks.
"It's just thrilling to unveil this model which in our small way really pays tribute to the spirit of New York and we can't wait for everybody to see it when LEGOLAND opens in Spring 2020," said Matt Besterman, Public Relations Manager of Legoland New York.
