NY1 has partnered with the Animal Care Centers of NYC this week for our “Finding Home” series.  

The series features animals that are up for adoption within the five boroughs.

This week, 4-year-old dog, Twinkie is looking for a new home after he was found wandering the streets of Staten Island.

The sweet pup is a bit on the shy side. While he takes a little time to warm up, he loves to be around people who have treats.

Also, up for adoption is this 8-week-old kitten named Denali. This little kitten loves his toys and playing with other kittens.

The ACC says they have multiple kittens up for adoption.
