The Justice Department says former Staten Island Rep. Michael Grimm owes more than jail time.
On top of his eight-month prison sentence, Grimm is being ordered to pay nearly $150,000 in restitution to the state and federal government.
Last December, Grimm pleaded guilty to tax fraud.
A judge handed down his jail sentence last month, but prosecutors and Grimm's lawyers have now settled on the amount of unpaid taxes and insurance fund premiums he has to pay.
He's scheduled to surrender to federal authorities on September 10.
