With the many entertainment choices New York City has to offer, it can be difficult to make a choice. Look no further. “On Stage” host Frank DiLella has curated a list of “must-see” shows this week, directing you to the best of Broadway, off-Broadway and beyond.

“Doubt”

John Patrick Shanley’s Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning drama “Doubt” returns to the boards, this time with powerhouse actors, Tyne Daly and Liev Schreiber. In the play, Daly plays Sister Aloysius, a no non-sense nun who suspects Schreiber’s character, Father Flynn, to be having an inappropriate relationship with a student. Just how far will Sister Aloysius go to expose the truth? You’ll have to head to The Todd Haimes Theatre to find out. Opening night is set for Feb. 29.

“Brooklyn Laundry”

And keeping with playwright John Patrick Shanley, his newest play “Brooklyn Laundry,” which he also serves as director, begins previews on Tuesday. “Brooklyn Laundry” centers around three sisters and a guy who runs a laundromat in Brooklyn. The show stars SNL alum Cecily Strong and is playing at Manhattan Theatre Club’s off-Broadway space, New York City Center Stage I. Laura Benanti

Down at Audible’s Minetta Lane Theatre, Tony Award-winner Laura Benanti is back on stage with her latest act titled “Nobody Cares.” In the show, Benanti will share stories you’ve never heard before. Plus, she performs music she created alongside Todd Almond. Benanti is at The Minetta Lane this weekend only.

“Bark of Millions”

Over in Brooklyn at BAM, the always fabulous Taylor Mac is back at it with “Bark of Millions.” The collective and pride spectacle of sorts will feature live music, drag performance and much more from Taylor Mac, Matt Ray and Machine Dazzle. For tickets, go to bam.org

Come to the cabaret

The one and only Linda Eder returns to 54 Below from Feb. 6 through Feb. 17.
