Honolulu Zoo officials have closed the zoo earlier than usual today, Wednesday, due to a broken water line at the facility.
Repairs required water throughout the property to be turned off resulting in the early closure. Officials expect the zoo to reopen at 10 a.m. Thursday following its normal operating hours.
The 13-week cohort-style program, called Idea2Biz, is aimed at turning entrepreneurial ideas into viable businesses.
‘Tsunami can occur anywhere, at any time, as there is no tsunami season.’
Officials encourage residents to report malfunctioning sirens.
Residents will have an opportunity to share their priorities and vision for Maui’s water.
Free one-week sessions will be held at eight sites around Oahu.
The program runs from June 16 to July 25.
